These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pak360 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses the pak360 website at pak360.win and all services offered through it, including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, promotions and the VIP programme.

To register and use pak360, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
pak360 may request proof of age or identity at any point. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated on an ineligible account may be forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pak360. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak360 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pak360 will never contact you asking for your password. Any activity on your account will be considered to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact pak360 support immediately.
pak360 may require you to complete identity and payment verification at any point. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued identification document and proof of your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete. This process exists to protect players and to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Completing your account verification promptly means your withdrawals are processed without delays. Players with fully verified accounts also benefit from higher withdrawal limits and faster processing under the pak360 VIP programme.
All deposits on pak360 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and supported mobile wallets. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pak360 balance immediately. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank. pak360 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may have their own charges — check with them directly.
Minimum deposit amounts are stated in PKR and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts are subject to change. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed and will be returned where possible.
Funds deposited into your pak360 account are held for the purpose of gameplay and withdrawals only. pak360 keeps player funds separate from operational funds. Your pak360 balance is not a bank account and does not accrue interest.
Withdrawals on pak360 are paid out in PKR to a verified payment method registered on your account. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit where technically possible. pak360 processes most withdrawals within six hours, though processing times may vary based on the method chosen and your account's VIP tier.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
Standard withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. VIP members at Silver tier and above benefit from increased daily and weekly withdrawal limits. Current limits for each tier are described on the VIP page. pak360 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where necessary.
In some cases, pak360 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending additional verification. This is done to protect players and prevent fraud. You will be notified if this applies to your withdrawal request, and support will guide you through any additional steps required.
pak360 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the terms stated on the Promotions page as well as the general conditions set out below.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. This means you must bet the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as stated per promotion) a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated per promotion and begin from the time the bonus is credited to your account.
pak360 monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated software to complete wagering, placing bets that deliberately exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled and may be permanently suspended.
Only one bonus can be active on your pak360 account at any time. If you claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, the previous bonus and any associated wagering progress may be forfeited. Always check your current bonus status in your account before claiming a new offer.
pak360's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, Esports and other major sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
Bets are accepted up until the start of the relevant event, or in the case of live in-play betting, up until the market is closed by the platform. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
A bet may be voided and your stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result can be determined; there is a clear and demonstrable error in the odds offered; the event is postponed and does not resume within a specified period stated in the relevant sport's rules section.
pak360 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error — for example, odds that are substantially different from market odds at the time of the bet due to a technical error. You will be notified of any void and your stake returned promptly.
For PSL and international cricket markets: Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results are accepted as official results for betting purposes. In the event of a match being reduced to fewer than the minimum number of overs required for a result under the relevant competition rules, specific market rules apply and are detailed in the sportsbook help section.
Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook interface. Bets placed that exceed maximum payout limits will be accepted but any winnings above the stated limit will not be paid out.
pak360's casino and slots library includes games from certified third-party providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and have independently verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages. The house edge is built into each game's mathematical design.
All casino game and slot results are generated by independent RNG systems operated by the game providers. pak360 has no control over individual game outcomes. Results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the game client. Disputes about individual game results should be directed to support, who can escalate to the game provider for audit if necessary.
In the event of a technical disconnection or game error mid-round, the round will be completed or resolved based on the game state at the time of disconnection where technically possible. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet stake will be returned. pak360 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. The same RNG and fairness standards apply. Live casino table limits — minimum and maximum bets — are displayed at each table before you join. These limits may differ from standard RNG casino game limits.
The pak360 VIP programme rewards consistent players across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond/Elite. pak360 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits, tier thresholds or the programme structure at any time. VIP benefits — including cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits, priority processing and account manager access — are provided as a courtesy and may be modified or withdrawn. VIP status does not guarantee any specific outcome or minimum level of winnings.
Abuse of VIP benefits, including but not limited to misrepresenting activity to qualify for higher tiers or sharing VIP benefits across accounts, will result in VIP status being revoked and the account being reviewed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak360. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure:
pak360 cooperates fully with law enforcement where illegal conduct is suspected or confirmed. Any balances held on a prohibited account at the time of closure may be forfeited permanently.
pak360 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where verification requirements have not been met after reasonable notice, or where the account has been inactive for an extended period.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account and its balance will be restricted until the investigation is complete. pak360 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a legitimate account suspension.
You may close your own pak360 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any unmet bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method. Closure requests cannot be reversed once processed.
pak360 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy. By using pak360, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
Your data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, improving the platform and communicating promotions and updates where you have opted in. pak360 does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.
You have the right to request a copy of the data pak360 holds about you and to request corrections where data is inaccurate. These requests should be directed to customer support.

pak360 will acknowledge a formal complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a full resolution response within seven business days. Complex matters may take longer, in which case we will keep you informed of progress.
The decision of pak360's senior review team is final in respect of all disputes arising from the use of the platform. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you.
pak360 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised. For significant changes, pak360 may additionally notify registered players by email or in-account notification.
Your continued use of pak360 following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support, with any real-money balance returned per the closure process described in Section 11.
